How long have you lived in Chicago?
I moved from the suburbs when I was 22. It was the best experience, being out on my own living in the city! There is always so much going on around town whether it’s a Cubs game, free concerts in the park, street festivals, or bar crawls. Transportation is so great and convenient which makes it all the easier getting to and from all these fun events around Chicago.
Now its time for a few before and after shots then we’ll talk dollars.
Everyone loves kitchens so lets see those first.
Floor 2 Kitchen – The top floor was a easiest rehab. Put some granite, polished it up, and called it a day.
As we walked into the apartment building we loved what we saw. It had separate heating systems which is extremely important, new electrical, copper plumbing, central air, new windows, hardwood, fireplaces and most appliances. Basically the majority of big ticket items were done. The first group of pictures show the condition of the top unit.
